How do I shop online?

1. Select your chosen bouquet or flower arrangement from our online shop
2. Add something extra like a bottle of champagne or chocolates
3. Fill in the recipients details
4. Make your gift extra special by leaving a personal message
5. Arrange delivery
6. Select the delivery address and the day you would like your flowers to be sent
7. Fill in your billing details
8. Place your order

Once you have placed your first order you can use your email address and password to log back in to our site. This makes any future orders a lot easier.

What do I do if I have an urgent delivery request?

How do I order for a specific time?

If you need your flowers delivered for a specific time please call us on 0208 088 3333 for this to be arranged. Please make these orders in advance.

How do I order for delivery on the same day?

We offer a same day delivery service for all order placed before 3pm in the BN1, 2, 3, 4 areas. We also have a 3 hour express delivery option Monday through to Friday. If you require this service please call us on 0208 088 3333 and we shall advise on availability and pricing.

How do I order for next day delivery?

Flower delivery is available Worldwide and to UK.
